RPGMV YEP_ChasePlayer + Qmovement Fix

I primarily made this plugin because i needed it in one of my project,but since there may be others who could come across this problem i decided to release it to the public.

As the title states you need said plugins for this.

I'm not a pro at javascript by any means and if you encounter errors or other compatibily issues i can't guarantee that i can help you with that so..i'm sorry if that becomes the case.
