Modpack Update #14

Some of the latests mods seem to have had some issues, so here are some fixes for them:
NOTE: This fixes are only for Fear & Hunger: Termina

TY_FnHFreeSkills v1.0.3

- Bug Fix: Fixed incorrect party member being assigned as leader for Spice forge. (Issue reported and fixed by ReinhardOverpowered).

TY_FnHInfiniteStamina v1.0.1

- Bug Fix: Fixed hexen circle sprite being used outside of hexen. (Issue reported and fixed by ReinhardOverpowered).
NOTE: This issue is unrelated to the one that normally happens in the unmodded game.

TY_FnHRemoveOverlays v1.0.1

- Change: General code optimizations.
- Bug Fix: Fixed crash where the game didn't have a valid fog overlay to remove. (Thanks SadNarrator for reporting this issue).
